Assistant Manager
Tangerang (Banten)
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with supplier to optimize supplier processes.
- Generate Work plan Strategy for subdivision
- Explore available technology and implement best practices related to purchasing activities
- Ensure that all customs material movements are completed, recorded accurately, and follow scheduled plan
- Development of reports and relevant policies relating to all Materials
- Plan, organize, track and disseminate information related to Raw Material suppliers
- Monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance
- Formulate and implement supply base strategy
- Participate in purchasing related internal and external meetings, including making presentations to senior management
- Maintain up to date supply base information database
- Maintaining competitive pricing and Leading yearly cost reductions activities through inflation report and analysis and Level Stock Report and analysis
- Negotiating long term agreements (Preparing Contract agreement)
- Provide guidance and share best practices (experiences) with Purchasing Supervisor
- Implement the flow procedures to ensure an efficient and professional operation consistent with corporate vision
Requirements:
- Male or Female
- Max Age 30 Years Old
- Education, S1 Minimum
- Language Skill, English is a must and Mandarid preferred.
- Experience, At least 1-2 years of working experience in the samefield is required for this position
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Have an excellent interpersonal relationship, as well as team working
