PT Summit Auto Seat Industry Indonesia is the largest manufacturer automotive part in Thailand and various countries. We expanded the manufacturing base to support all OEM car in Indonesia. Company has been established in 2012 in Lippo Cikarang Industrial Estate, is looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable people to join our professional family by filling the position:
Engineering Production
Jawa Barat - Delta Silicon 5 - Cikarang
Responsibilities:
- Provide optimized solutions in both engineering and quality aspects to customer.
- Liaise with customer in project and design review.
- Prepare complete sets of complex drawings include multiple veiws, detail and assembly drawings.
- Create complete production layouts.
- Ensure that the design specification is able to meet the customer's requirements.
- Uses automated industry standard production-testing equipment to diagnose, rework and refurbish equipment;
- Visually inspects product for damage, date, serialization or other identifiers;
- Consults with other Technicians and Engineers to resolve problems;
- Responsible for achieving daily/weekly production goals;
- Assists with the development of repair processes and procedures;
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering with relevant work experience in drafting and design (include 3D Cad/Cam Design).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in designing of automotive production layout.
- Prior experience in performing engineering calculation.
- Good knowledge of automotive parts and manufacturing processes with detailed drawing and system layout.
- Possess deep knowledge in designing software (Unigraphics, Catia, Ideas, Microstation will be prefered).

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Unigraphics, Catia, Ideas, Microstation.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Delta Silicon 5 - Cikarang.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
